Anna-Lisa has over twenty years’ experience in human resources having worked in the luxury goods and interior design sector as well as in private wealth management and international events management. She has expertise in leading HR strategy and guiding a diverse and talented team of hundreds of employees across the globe. She is adept at ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, values, and goals. Anna-Lisa is an expert on all generalist aspects of human resources from employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation to wellbeing initiatives.
